From the outside, the Trading Post Inn in Old Orchard Beach, Maine appears to be a regular turn-of-the-century bed and breakfast: rustic, cozy... maybe a little haunted. Beneath the surface, however, the Inn hides a dark secret: those who stay there are transformed overnight into the bodies of those who stayed there before. Old become young, men become women, families are torn apart and bonds are forged. For untold years the Inn's curse has been working its magic. Since 2006, its effects have been chronicled by many of those who have stayed there.
How We Got Here...[]
In Summer 2006, a writer named Arthur Milligan was staying at the Inn. He asked everyone staying there with him at the time, including his acquaintance Jake Matthews, to help contribute to his blog about the experiences. Little did he suspect that the events they chronicled would be the most significant of any of their lives.
